The vision of ALG is to be the most reputable organisation in Ghana, driving and inciting citizen participation, leadership development, youth inspiration, prosperity and empowerment through intensive and objective research analysis, education, mentorship and advocacy on social, economic and political issues at both the local and the international level.
MISSION
The mission is to promote leadership development, making analysis of government policies and bringing to the understanding of citizens through mentorship, research, education, and advocacy with the view to promoting active citizens participation, accountability and development.
